Bureau
Bureau QSLing is my
preferred way of QSLing. QSLs are OK through the DARC QSL Bureau. This
service is free of charge for all DARC members, so there is no
reason why a DL station should ask for direct QSLing. All QSOs are
confirmed automatically through the bureau, as long as it is not known
that a station is not receiving them. Automatic confirmation can take a
while (ca. once a year), but incoming QSLs usually are confirmed asap.
So, if you need my QSL urgently, send yours rapidly! |

Direct QSLs
If in any case you can not QSL through the bureau, you can use means of direct QSLing, however I do prefer bureau QSLs.
In any case you are requested to include sufficient return postage and a SAE, or a SASE, if you own valid german stamps:
Postage to DX countries currently is 1.70 Euro (letters up to 20g).
Only postage to the following countries costs 0.70 Euro:
ZA, C3, 4K, EK, CU, EU, ON, T9, LZ, OZ, ES, OY, OH, F, FY, 4L, SV, OX,
G/GM/GW etc, FG, EI, TF, I, EA8, UN, YU, 9A, YL, LY, HB0, LX, CT3, Z3,
9H, FM, FY, FH, ER, 3A, PA, LA, OE, SP, CT, FR, YO, UA, T7, SM, HB9,
OM, S5, EA, FP, OK, TA, UR, HA, HV, 5B.
More price details can be found on http://www.deutschepost.de/ (english version available there).
Note: 1 Euro is around 1,60 USD those days, US dollar is loosing its
value rapidly those days... If you want to send green stamps:
EU QSLs = 2 USD
WW QSLs = 3 USD
If I receive direct QSLs with insufficient return postage (¤, $ or IRC
are accepted), QSL will be returned VIA BUREAU if it has not already
been sent. Please have a look on actual exchange rates !

LotW, eQSL
I do not use and I do not intend to use the "Logbook of the World" or
any similar service. I do not know which awards will be supported there
in the future, nor do I know for which awards you intend to use my QSL.
LOTW only supports few awards right now, so it is better to use
traditional QSL-cards. |
